Writing Intern
If hammering away on a keyboard is your favourite pastime and the written word is your ultimate siren, then the TYS writing internship is the place to be!
Role:
- Write articles. Pretty self-explanatory.
- Article topics are diverse and delightful. You’ll handle interviews, features, lists, personal experiences, tips, case studies and more.
- Help us curate content from the web and drop in suggestions about who and what we should be chirping about.
- We expect a minimum of two articles from you every week.
- You will be asked to come in to the office for one day every week. This is flexible and if you’re able to handle assignments from home, we’re cool.
What you’ll gain:

Photographers and Graphic Designers
TYS needs snap-savvy creatives who will add value to our magazine’s content. If you’re looking for an internship that is not only super fun but also educational, read on!
Role:
- Submit original photographs for projects/articles assigned to you.
- Handle a minimum of 3 tasks per week.
- Tasks may include shoots, editing, layout and design, etc.
- You will be asked to come in to the office for one day every week. This is flexible and if you’re able to handle assignments from home, we’re cool.
